Required Information

Identification of subpopulation of cells

Before performing cell sorting it is necessary a prior analysis of the cells by flow cytometry. If you have already performed a preliminary analysis by flow cytometry, bring the data the day of the appointment with the service operator to organize your experiment. If you are not familiar with flow cytometry but you need to sort a particular cell population, we will help you to organize your research before sorting. This exploration will help to establish what fluorophores/dyes are needed to identify the cells of interest.

This preliminary analysis will also indicate the proportion to which the cells of interest are present in the total cell population (see “Number of cells required” section).
